Between 19th January and 2nd March, the well-being program took place. The aim was to give people simple, practical tools that can help to improve well-being, increase their overall happiness and find more ways to connect to the Heavenly Parent in our day-to-day life. The program consists of seven short presentations which combine the Divine Principle and positive psychology.
One participant, Tina C. said: “I liked the sessions on Mindfulness and Roots very much… Very beautiful and deep content and wonderfully presented.“
