Each year, over the summer months, a Children’s Summer Camp is held at Cleeve House. The purpose of these summer camps is to bring together young members of our community in order learn, grow and have fun in a supportive environment.

The FFWPU UK Children’s Summer Camp 2021 will be held at Cleeve House from Wednesday July 28th to Sunday August 1st under the theme:

Our Fantastic Quest

UPDATE: The deadline for applications is extended to July 8th. Please spread the word!

Note: We do not expect to be affected by pandemic restrictions, and will do everything possible to work around them if needed, but please rest assured that all deposits would be refunded if there were any reason for cancellation from our side.

There will be related activities, daily themes, study sessions, games and arts & craft projects. Our aims, as always, are for the children to experience God’s parental love, build family-style friendships, study Principle-based stories and ideas for developing virtuous habits and have lots of fun at the same time.

The program is for children from 8 to 11 years old (namely those currently in years 3 to 6 at school) from any background (with a good recommendation from an FFWPU elder member).

The fee for participation is £100 per child (with discounts of £10 or £20 for a second or third child from the same family).  Any extra donations will be gratefully received.  Please contact your local pastor if you need financial help to pay the fee.

Please complete the application form using this link https://forms.gle/spEBjPw3MM2zpmU66 by July 8th at the latest, with a £10 deposit for each child.  Funds can be sent by bank transfer to the summer camp account sort code 11-73-62 (Halifax plc), a/c no. 09838764, or by Paypal to miwaloves@gmail.com , with a reference showing your family name and your child(ren)’s initial(s) (eg. Le Bas J&A).  The balance may be paid in cash on arrival.

We are advertising through the FFWPU network and Facebook, but we are aware that this does not reach everyone, so please pass this information on to friends with children in this age range.

Further details will be sent out once initial applications have been received before the end of June.
